I believe that when life gets stressful, families shouldn't have to weather the storm alone. As a marriage and family therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families across all ages. Whether you're dealing with aspects of mental health such as anxiety, ADHD or anger or are navigating situations of life around relationship conflicts, parenting struggles, grief, or transitions, I'm here to help you find your path. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, the Gottman Method among others. I'm committed to helping you and your loved ones live within your own values while addressing the real-life situations and individual needs of each family member.
